How much will I pay?
+With insurance, the maximum out of pocket cost per visit is about $190, though this will probably be much less depending on the reimbursement rate we get from your insurance plan. We bill out-of-network with insurance plans. For those who prefer not to use insurance, we offer a transparent cash price of $450 per visit. We're committed to making specialty concussion care accessible and will verify your benefits before your first appointment. We send you the bill a few days after your visit with zero surprises.
What should I expect during my appointment?
+Your appointment will be conducted via secure video from the comfort of your home. The doctor will already have reviewed your medical history and symptoms. They'll then perform a thorough neurological assessment, guiding you through various tests to evaluate your cognitive function, balance, vision, and other neurological systems. Based on their findings, they'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific symptoms and recovery goals. The entire visit typically takes around 30 minutes, with enough time for questions.
