Concussion care specialist

Concussions is all we do

Our team was born from personal struggle. After spending months out of work and school searching for effective concussion care, we made it our mission to create the specialized treatment we wished we had found sooner. Now we're 100% focused on helping others avoid the same painful journey.

We feel your pain

Concussions can be frustrating and isolating. Everyone on our team has either had a concussion or cared for someone who did. We know firsthand the physical pain, cognitive fog, and emotional toll of living with an invisible injury that others can't see or understand. You're not alone in this, and you don't have to pretend everything is fine when it's not.

We speak your language

+

Too many providers hide behind medical jargon and clinical detachment. Our team is different—we're humans first, clinicians second. We explain everything in plain language, listen to your experience without judgment, and take the time to truly understand your concerns. And yes, our doctors literally speak your language too, so nothing ever gets lost in translation.

We see your comeback

+

While you might be focused on what you've lost, we're already envisioning your return. We've guided athletes back to sports, professionals to work, and students to school. Using proven protocols and tracking neurological improvements, we can predict your recovery path even when progress feels slow. When you work with us, you're not just treating symptoms—you're reclaiming your future.

Frequently asked questions

Starting care is easier than you think.

Who will be my doctor?

+

Before you complete your booking, you'll get to see the name, bio and experience of the doctor who will be treating you. All of our doctors are specialty fellowship-trained neurologists who specialize exclusively in concussion care. They have completed advanced training beyond standard medical education and have dedicated their careers to understanding and treating concussion injuries. This specialized expertise allows them to provide the most current and effective treatments available today.

How much will I pay?

+

With insurance, the maximum out of pocket cost per visit is about $190, though this will probably be much less depending on the reimbursement rate we get from your insurance plan. We bill out-of-network with insurance plans. For those who prefer not to use insurance, we offer a transparent cash price of $450 per visit. We're committed to making specialty concussion care accessible and will verify your benefits before your first appointment. We send you the bill a few days after your visit with zero surprises.

What should I expect during my appointment?

+

Your appointment will be conducted via secure video from the comfort of your home. The doctor will already have reviewed your medical history and symptoms. They'll then perform a thorough neurological assessment, guiding you through various tests to evaluate your cognitive function, balance, vision, and other neurological systems. Based on their findings, they'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific symptoms and recovery goals. The entire visit typically takes around 30 minutes, with enough time for questions.
